- Oversee all financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for the company and its clients.
- Manage month-end close processes, including reconciliations, journal entries, and financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, sales tax regulations, and other financial reporting requirements.
- Monitor weekly cash balances and manage cash flow for optimal financial stability.
- Prepare financial reports and KPIs to provide insights for leadership and clients.
- Oversee weekly AP processing, vendor payments, and invoice approvals.
- Manage client billing, recurring service charges, and financial reconciliations.
- Handle collections and AR follow-ups to ensure timely payments.
- Supervise bi-weekly payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with ADP and other payroll systems.
- Coordinate with CPAs to prepare tax packages and ensure compliance with tax filings.
- Oversee monthly commissions, partner distributions, and payroll-related tax filings
- Work closely with the administrative team to manage financial operations, reporting, and compliance.
- Assist in contract renewals, vendor negotiations, and financial system improvements.
- Serve as a liaison for R365, ensuring smooth integrations and financial data accuracy.
- Cross-train with administrative personnel and provide coverage as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, finance, or controller-level roles.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
- Experience with Restaurant365 (R365), ADP, and other financial systems.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop KPIs and financial insights.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
